To manage extra rush
of passengers during ensuing Durga Puja and Diwali Festivals, South Eastern
Railway will run 58 pairs (116 trips)of festival specials towards Pune, Gondia,
Durg, Visakhapatnam, Puri, Mumbai, Ernakulam and Chennai during the period from 03
October 2016 to 30 November 2016.

Santragachi-Gondia-Santragachi Weekly AC Superfast Puja Specials (9 pairs):
The Santragachi-Gondia
Special(08043) will leave Santragachi every Monday at 14:50 hours and and will
reach Gondia at 06:05 hours, the next day. In the return direction, the train(
No 08044) will leave Gondia every Tuesday at 12:40 hours and and will arrive Santragachi
at 06:10 hours, the next day.
The Special train will
run during the period from 03 October 16 to 29 November 2016.

Santragachi-LTT-Santragachi Weekly AC Superfast Special (2 pairs):
The Santragachi-LTT
Superfast AC Special(02860) will leave Santragachi on 27 October 2016 and 03
November 2016 at 18.30 hrs. and will reach LTT at 23.45 hrs., the next day. In
the return direction, LTT-Santragachi AC Superfast Special (02859) will leave
LTT on 29 October 2016 and 05 November 2016 at 13.20 hrs. and will arrive Santragachi
at 18.15 hrs., the next day.

Santragachi-Pune-Santragachi Weekly AC Superfast Special (8 pairs):
The Santragachi-Pune
Superfast AC Special(02822) will leave Santragachi every Saturday at 18.30 hrs.
and will reach Pune at 02.45 hrs., on Monday. In the return direction,
Pune-Santragachi Superfast AC Special(02821) will leave Pune every Monday at
10.30 hrs. and will arrive Santragachi at 18.15 hrs., the next day.
The Special train will
run during the period from 08 October 2016 to 28 November 2016.

The Santragachi-Puri
Special(02809) will leave Santragachi every Thursday at 19:00 hours and will
reach Puri at 03:20 hours, the next day. In the return direction, the
train(02810) will leave Puri every Friday at 13:30 hours and will arrive Santragachi
at 22:15 hours, the same day.
The Special train will
run during the period from 06 October 2016 to 25 November 2016.

Tatanagar-Durg-Tatanagar Weekly Special (9 Pairs):
The Tatanagar-Durg
Special(08119) will leave Tatanagar every Tuesday at 20:00 hours and will reach
Durg at 06:15 hours, the next day. In the return direction, the train(08120) will
leave Durg every Wednesday at 21:40 hours and will arrive Tatanagar at 09:25
hours, the next day.
The Special train will
run during the period from 04 October 2016 to 30 November 2016.

Tatanagar-Visakhapatnam-Tatanagar Weekly Special (6 Pairs):
The
Tatanagar-Visakhapatnam Special(08189) will leave Tatanagar every Friday at
13:00 hours and will reach Visakhaptnam at 05:25 hours, the next day. In the
return direction, the train(08190) will leave Visakhaptnam every Saturday at
17:45 hours and will arrive Tatanagar at 10:45 hours, the next day.
The Special train will
run during the period from 07 October 2016 to 12 November 2016.

Howrah-Ernakulam-Howrah Weekly Superfast Suvidha Specials
The Howrah-Ernakulam
Suvidha Special will leave Howrah every Saturday at 17:00 hours (till 27th
November 2016) and will reach Ernakulam at 06:00 hours on Monday. In the
return direction, the train will leave Ernakulam every Tuesday at 08:50 hours
(till 29thNovember 2016), and will arrive Howrah at 23:00 hours on Wednesday.
The Suvidha Special
consisting of 19 coaches (AC 3 Tier-4, AC 2 Tier -1, Sleeper Class-12 and
Luggage Van-2) will have stoppages at Kharagpur, Bhadrak, Cuttack, Bhubaneswar,
Khurda Road, Brahmapur, Visakhapatnam, Rajahmundry, Eluru, Vijayawada, ongole,
Nellore, Renigunta, Katpadi, Jolarpettai, Erode and Coimbatore enroute and in
the return direction, the train will also stop at Aluva, Thrisur and Palakkad.

Howrah-Chennai-Howrah Weekly AC Superfast Special
The Howrah-Chennai AC
Superfast Special will leave Howrah every Saturday at 12:40 (till 26th November
2016) hours and will reach Chennai at 15:05 hours on Sunday. In the return
direction, the train will leave Chennai every Sunday at 17:10 hours (till 27th
November 2016), and will arrive Howrah at 18:30 hours on Monday.
The Special trains
consisting of 14 AC-3 Tier coaches will have stoppages at Kharagpur, Bhadrak,
Cuttack, Bhubaneswar, Khurda Road, Brahmapur, Visakhapatnam, Duvvada,
Rajahmundry, Vijayawada and Nellore between Howrah and Chennai.
By running of these
festive specials, South Eastern Railway has been able to generate around 71,000
(Seventy one thousands) additional accommodation for the huge rush of
passengers during ensuing festive season.
Advance Reservation
Period (ARP) of these trains is 60 days and for Suvidha special is 30
days(excluding journey date).
