Winter and Christmas Season Special Express Trains 2014 - 15 between Bangalore Cantonment and Kamakhya

To clear the extra rush of Passengers during Winter and Christmas Season 2014 - 15, Central Railway has decided to run the following Special Express Trains as per the schedule below: 

From Bangalore Cantonment to Kamakhya

Running schedule of the Weekly Winter and Christmas Season Premium Superfast Special Express Train 2014 – 15 Weekly Winter and Christmas Season Premium Superfast Special Express Train 2014 – 15from Bangalore Cantonment to Kamakhya: Train will leave Bangalore Cantonment at 10.15 hrs. on every Friday from 19/12/2014 to 23/01/2015 i.e., 19/12, 26/12/2014, 02/01/2015, 09/01, 16/01 and 23/01/2015 (06 trips). Train will reach at Kamakhya at 11.25 hrs. on the third day (Sunday).

From Kamakhya to Bangalore Cantonment

Running schedule of the Weekly Winter and Christmas Season Premium Superfast Special Express Train 2014 – 15 from Kamakhya to Bangalore Cantonment: Train will leave Kamakhya at 20.30 hrs. on every Tuesday from 23/12/2014 to 20/01/2015 i.e., 23/12, 30/12/2014, 06/01/2015, 13/01 and 20/01/2015 (05 trips).Train will reach Bangalore Cantonment at 21.15 hrs. on the third day (Thursday).

The Train No. 02509 / 02510 Bangalore Cantonment – Kamakhya - Bangalore Cantonment Weekly Winter and Christmas Season Premium Superfast Special Express Train 2014 – 15 will stop at the following stations: Chennai Central, Vijayawada Jn., Bhubaneswar, Howrah and New Jalpaiguri stations in both the directions.

Composition of the Train No. 02509 / 02510 Bangalore Cantonment – Kamakhya - Bangalore Cantonment Weekly Winter and Christmas Season Premium Superfast Special Express Train 2014 – 15: One AC – 2 – tier, four AC – 3 – tier, eight Sleeper Class and two Luggage cum Guard’s Brake Vans Coaches.

Booking : Booking for the Train No. 02510 / 02509 is open only through Internet i.e., IRCTC’s portal and not through the counters at reservation centers. Booking will be available within 10 days from the date of commencement of journey of each trip.
