Train Time Table and Special Trains: Eastern Railway Durga Puja And Diwali Special Trains 2012 between Howrah and Gauhati

Like every year, Eastern Railways will run Durga Puja And Diwali Special Trains in 2012 to manage extra rush of passengers during this festival time. The weekly superfast special train between Howrah and Gauhati will start running from 4 October 2012.

Durga Puja and Diwali special weekly superfast special train from Howrah and Gauhati:

This Durga Puja and Diwali special train 2012 will run from 5 October to 30 November 2012 on every Friday. The up train will leave Howrah at 21.55 hrs on every Friday and will reach Gauhati at 15.40 hrs on the next day. The date of journey are: 05/10,12/10,19/10,26/10, 02/11,09/11,16/11,23/11, 30/11.

Departure time of the Durga Puja and Diwali special up train at main stations are given below:

This Durga Puja and Diwali special train 2012 will run from 4 October to 29 November 2012 on every Thursday. The down train will leave Gauhati at 21.00 hrs on every Thursday and will reach Howrah at 14.35 hrs on the next day. The date of journey are: 04/10,11/10,18/10,25/10, 01/11,08/11,15/11,22/11, 29/11.

Composition of the Durga Puja and Diwali special train : AC 3 tier – 1 coach, Sleeper Class – 7 coaches, ordinary second class – 4 coaches and GSLR – 2 coaches.
