A total of 140 trains will run from Dakshineshwar to Kabi Subhash up and down. State Joint Entrance Exam on Sunday. The authorities will run additional metro (Kolkata Metro) on that day keeping in mind the exam candidates of the city and suburbs. A total of 140 trains will be run from Blue Line i.e. Dakshineshwar to Kabi Subhash up and down. The service will start at 8:30 am. The metro authority said this by issuing a notification on Thursday.
Normally 130 metro runs on Kavi Subhash route from Dakshineswar on Sundays. The service starts from 9 am. An additional 10 metros will run there next Sunday. The first metro will run from Kabi Subhash towards Dakshineshwar at 8:30 am instead of 9 am. At the same time the service to Kavi Subhash direction will start from Dakshineshwar. The start time of the service has been changed but there is no change in the last metro time.Like other Sundays, the last metro from Dum Dum to Kavi Subhash will leave at 9:40 PM. The last metro from Kabi Subhash towards Dakshineshwar will leave at 9:27 PM.
