Durga Puja Special Trains 2017 Between Lucknow and Kolkata

To manage extra rush of passengers during Durga Puja and Diwali, Northern Railways will run special trains during the festival time. Details of the trains with dates, route and composition are given below.

Train No.04206/Train No.04205 Lucknow-Kolkata-Lucknow Weekly Express Special( 18 trips)

The Train No.04206 Lucknow-Kolkata Weekly Express Special train will start from Lucknow at 11.55 p.m. on every Monday from 04 September 2017 to 30 October 2017 to reach Kolkata at 09.45 p.m. the next day (09 trips).

In the return direction, Train No.04205 Kolkata-Lucknow Weekly Express Special train will start from Kolkata at 11.55 p.m. on every Tuesday from 05 September 2017 to 31 October 2017 to reach Lucknow at 10.25 p.m. the next day (09 trips).

Composition and Route: These special trains will have one AC three tier , six sleeper class, six general class, one First AC cum AC two tier  and  two disabled friendly second class cum luggage van coaches , the 04206/04205 Lucknow-Kolkata-Lucknow Weekly Special Express train will stop at Sultanpur,Varanasi, Mughal Sarai, Buxar, Ara , Danapur, Patna,Bakhtiyarpur,Manikpur,Kiul,Jhajha,Jasidih,Madhupur,Chittaranjan,Asansol,Durgapur,Barddhaman  and  Bandel stations enroute in both the directions.
