Durga Puja Special Trains 2017 Between Anand Vihar Terminal and Saharsa

To manage extra rush of passengers during Durga Puja and Diwali, Northern Railways will run special trains during the festival time. Details of the trains with dates, route and composition are given below.

Train No.04424/Train No.04423 Anand Vihar Terminal- Saharsa- Anand Vihar Terminal Bi-Weekly Express Special Train (34 trips)

The Train No.04424 Anand Vihar Terminal-Saharsa Bi-Weekly Express Special Train will start from Anand Vihar Terminal at 05.10 p.m. on every Thursday  and  Sunday from 03 September 2017 to 29 October 2017 to reach Saharsa at 06.15 p.m. the next day (17 trips).

In the return direction, the Train No.04423 Saharsa- Anand Vihar Terminal Bi-Weekly Express Special Train will start from Saharsa at 08.30 p.m. on every Friday  and  Monday from 04 September 2017 to 30 October 2017 to reach Anand Vihar Terminal at 10.40 p.m. the next day (17 trips).

Composition and Route: These special trains will have eleven Sleeper Class, five general class and two Second class cum Luggage Van coaches, the 04424/04423 Anand Vihar Terminal-Saharsa- Anand Vihar Terminal Bi-Weekly Express Special Train will stop at Ghaziabad, Moradabad, Bareilly, Sitapur Cantt., Gonda, Gorakhpur, Narkatiaganj Jn., Bettiah, Sagauli, Bapudham Motihari, Muzaffarpur Jn., Samastipur Jn, Hasanpur Road, Khagaria, Mansi  and  S Bhakhtiyarpur stations enroute in both the directions.
