Introduction Of Double Decker Superfast Express Train In Western Railway Between Mumbai Central And Ahmedabad

Western Railway  is going to introduce first Double Decker superfast express train between Mumbai Central And Ahmedabad ( Train No.12931 / 12932 )  The inaugural service of the Double Decker superfast express train will be run on 19/09/2012 from Ahmedabad at 16.30 hrs. as Train No. 02932.The train will reach at Mumbai Central at 00.30 hrs.The train will regularly run from 20/09/2012.This Double Decker superfast express train between Mumbai Central And Ahmedabad will run six days  from Monday to Saturday, except Sunday.

Train No. 12931  / 12932  Mumbai Central -  Ahmedabad - Mumbai Central Double Decker superfast express train 2012 will stop at the following   stations : Borivali,Vapi,Surat,Bharuch,Vadodara,Anand  and Nadiad in both the directions.

Travelling time : 07 hours.

Capacity : 120 commuters per coach in which 70 on lower level.

Fare : Rs.471 /-

There is a plan to provide a mini Pantry Car service in the train to provide  snaks etc.to the passengers’ on payment and also planned to make available LCD screens in the train for entertainment of the passengers without any cost.
