To clear the extra rush of passengers during Onam festival 2012, Southern Railway has decided to run special trains from Chennai Central towards Mangalore, Nagercoil, Ernaculam, Shoranur, Kollam, Kochiveli and Nagercoil to Mangalore Jn.and from Yesvantpur to Ernakulam and Tiruneveli.
