Durga Puja Special Trains 2017 Between Anand Vihar Terminal and Gorakhpur

To manage extra rush of passengers during Durga Puja and Diwali, North Eastern Railways will run special trains during the festival time. Details of the trains with dates, route and composition are given below.

Train No.04046/Train No.04045 Anand Vihar Terminal- Gorakhpur- Anand Vihar Terminal Weekly Express Special Train (18 trips)

The Train No.04046 Anand Vihar Terminal-Gorakhpur Weekly Express Special Train will start from Anand Vihar Terminal at 08.00 p.m. on every Sunday from 03 September 2017 to 29 October 2017 to reach Gorakhpur at 07.50 a.m. the next day (9 trips).

In the return direction, the Train No.04045 Gorakhpur-Anand Vihar Terminal Weekly Express Special Train will start from Gorakhpur at 10.35 a.m. on every Monday from 04 September 2017 to 30 October 2017 to reach Anand Vihar Terminal at 03.35 a.m. the next day (9 trips).

Composition and Route: These special trains will have four AC 3-tier, two AC-2 tier & eight Sleeper Class coaches, the 04046/04045 Anand Vihar Terminal- Gorakhpur-Anand Vihar Terminal Weekly Special Express Train will stop at Kanpur, Lucknow, Gonda & Basti stations enroute in both the directions.
