Durga Puja and Diwali Special Trains 2015 Between Pune and Howrah

To manage extra rush of passengers during Durga Puja and Diwali 2015, Railway have decided to run 8 AC Superfast special trains between Pune and Howrah.  

Pune to Howrah

Train No. 02221 Pune-Howrah AC superfast special (4 trips) will leave Pune at 10.30 hrs o­n every Monday from 19.10.2015 to 23.11.2015 and reach Howrah at 18.15 hrs o­n next day.

Howrah to Pune

Train No.02222 Howrah-Pune AC superfast special (4 trips) will leave Howrah at 18.30 hrs o­n every Saturday from 17.10.2015 to 21.11.2015 and arrive Pune at 02.45 hrs o­n third day.

Route of the train

The special trains will halt at Panvel, Bhusaval, Nagpur, Raipur, Bilaspur, Jharsuguda, Rourkela, Chakradharpur, Tatanagar & Kharagpur.

Composition: Four AC-2 tier, 11 AC-3 tier and Two generator cum Guard’s brake vans.

Reservation: Bookings for Train No.02221 will open from14/10/2015.
